My brother and my nephew are my first guests in the new place. It is completely wonderful to have them here -- they are very tuned in to all the new sights, sounds and particularly smells (flowers, pines and seafood).
So far my nephew can list three new experiences:
First time on an airplane.
First time seeing the ocean.
First breakfast at Waffle House.
